Welcome to the Massachusetts Network of the American Council on Education National Network of Women Leaders or ACE-NNWL. We are a state chapter of the Office of Women in Higher Education at ACE. The mission of this office is to:
The site has been designed to facilitate communication about state events, news and activities of interest to women leaders in higher education.

IDENTIFY women leaders.

DEVELOP their leadership abilities.
- ENCOURAGE the use of those abilities.

ADVANCE women's careers.
- LINK them to other women and mentors.

SUPPORT women in mid- and executive-level positions throughout their careers.
The Massachusetts network plans events throughout the year to support this mission, provides a listserve for women to post job listings and events, and promotes leadership training opportunities offered by the national office.
