The Senior Leadership Award recognizes a woman in Massachusetts higher education who has demonstrated significant leadership and promotion of women in the field. The Emerging Leader Award recognizes a Massachusetts woman who has demonstrated growth in increasingly responsible leadership positions in higher education.

These awards were created to recognize and celebrate current and future women leaders who provide leadership, service and mentorship to other women in higher education in Massachusetts and who are regarded by their peers as dedicated to promoting the growth and development of women in higher education.

We encourage you to consider nominating a colleague for these prestigious awards. You may nominate colleagues from your institution as well as colleagues from any public or private, two or four year institution of higher education in Massachusetts.
